The banks are full of scammers, their policies do everything but keep your money safe and in your pocket, wasting time on hold, just to say they don't care and it's your problem, disgusting honestly take your money somewhere else, it isn't safe here

If you're into paying fees for every day banking then this bank is for you! Shady fees, customer service is horrid, go to any other bank, but here ,they are terrible!

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for decades, but the brick and mortar banks are horrible. The bank’s online and phone services are excellent. Thank goodness. When you go into the bank you can wait forever if you’re looking for person to set up accounts and stuff. The tellers are fine, but what I do with them I can do on the app or ATM.

The employees are very nice and helpful. It’s the policies of the company that needs improvement. I went to the bank to deposit money into a significant other account and was told I am not able to deposit cash unless I am on the account. I have never heard of such a thing. So Be Careful if you have someone who want to put cash money in your account it will not happen. Cash isn’t good enough. I had to zelle the money into his account for it to happen. Thank you for walking me through that process. But I will never bank here worse policy ever.

Financial advisor and Luis were super helpful in assisting me promptly with a very important matter I was concerned about. They treated me like they knew me forever and it was my first time meeting them. I don't know why anyone would leave less than 5 stars

I frequent this location and the staff is always professional, welcoming and efficient. The location is clean and well lit. There is also an ATM machine located on the outside of the building. I would recommend this location of Wells Fargo Bank.

the kirkwood hwy. branch at meadowood is easily the worst bank around. that is quite a statement considering how bad banks are in general.don't bother to go there to open an account unless you have nothing else planned that day. avoid at all costs.

I hardly have time to visit a bank, but today I left work early to catch the bank before they close .I arrived to the bank at 430 to try and add my wife to my daughter savings account. I was denied service to do so by some guy on duty ,he told me and my wife that they are booked for the day and told us he basically can't take care of us which I believe is bad customer service. I understand they want to close the bank on time and go home, but some of us can't make it to the bank throughout the day cause we work in the morning. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take alot of effort to link a checking and savings account together. I'm just really upset that I rushed home from work ,picked my wife and daughter up from home and got denied service cause there was only one bank teller available. That's not my fault there is only one guy available. that is just beyond terrible customer service. That right there shows you guys are not willing to go above and beyond for customer. I work retail and i was trained to make sure customers always comes first no matter what. I don't know if I would even go back to this location which is 5 min from my house it's not like I got there at 5pm.........
