I’ve been with Wells Fargo for decades, but the brick and mortar banks are horrible. The bank’s online and phone services are excellent. Thank goodness. Financial advisor and Luis were super helpful in assisting me promptly with a very important matter I was concerned about. They treated me like they knew me forever and it was my first time meeting them. I don't know why anyone would leave less than 5 stars
