“White clay has been our vet office for over 15 years now and we've always seen Dr. Winwood for the care of our dogs. The office has always been good to us weather it was routine appointments or the occasional need to get in ASAP. We are Pittie lovers and again between office and Dr.Winwood they have always been amazing and accepting of our pups. Unfortunately we just lost another one of our fur babies recently and the love and support that was offered from Dr. Winwood was very much needed. “This review is for my experience in October 2022. My cat had an awful problem with her ear. The initial exam was around $60 and he thoroughly checked her out, said she’d need an operation to remove the growth. He knew that the price would be a problem for me. Maybe he saw me pull up in my 20-year-old car (only kidding), but I’ve heard of vet operations costing over $1000. He asked, “$300?” And I said “Ok great.” Later I picked up the cat and she was fine. The vet who operated on her called and kept in touch , lmk the status of her ear biopsy . When I looked through the bill for the operation it actually cost around $1200. I was thrilled with the care and professionalism. I truly appreciated the sympathetic, charitable discount . Top notch veterinary skills with a warm heart.”

“Phineas has been a patient at Banfield since he was 4 months old. He’s now 15 and Banfield has been so incredibly supportive when dealing with the issues that come with aging. Whether I rush him in unannounced or they’re expecting him for an appointment, the team is awesome. They make time to answer any questions and concerns I have about his care. Most of the staff know Phineas on sight and are very loving and gentle with him. I know that when the time comes to say goodbye, it is inevitable, Banfield will be there to get me through it.(Banfield location, Newark, Delaware)”

“Outstanding veterinary care for our pup who fell ill while we were traveling. We were so stressed, and the staff there went above and beyond. They saw our dog that day, created a thorough treatment plan, and provided follow-up care on the following day. From the front office to the vet techs everyone was so compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. Drs. Arculus and Herman We're outstanding and spot on with their assessments. Our pup was feeling better in no time. Highly recommend this wonderful place!”
