“I'm a new client at Lums Pond and so far I absolutely love it. I previously worked as a vet tech for a long time, so I know how animal hospitals work. They were able to get me seen quickly, though I was fine with waiting longer because I know things have been crazy for many vets recently. Like other reviews said, they asked about insurance, but that is a completely normal question. I don't understand the reviews complaining that all they want is your money. Their office visit price is comparable to other nearby places and the doctor discussed different prices of blood work with me, allowing me to decide what fit my budget. I received a timely phone call with the lab results and a great detailed voicemail. I really appreciate how great the staff was with my dog and myself. I'll definitely be sticking with them.”

“What can you say about a place that takes good care of your furry loved ones. First I’d have to start off with saying I’m grateful to them and I appreciate them. My girl went in for her spay surgery a couple weeks ago and AVC took great care of her. The process was quick, they walk you through everything and the best part is they recommended a surgical recovery suit for my dog as an alternative to a cone. This alternative was an absolute game changer because I knew my dog would dread having to wear a cone and I’d probably have a lot of sleepless nights. A simple recommendation made her healing process so much more comfortable and a comfortable happy dog makes your life easier!!
