“We just moved to Bear, and I asked my husband to find a new place to get the oil changed. Brandywine has a great score on Google, so he called them and gave them my info for a walk-in appointment. A week later, I brought the car in on Monday morning. Little did I know that it’s busy season at the shop (so make an appointment if you can), but they were great, and with an 8:00 a.m. drop-off, they called at 12:30 p.m. and said it was done. Definitely found a gem of a shop and will be back.”

“Great place got two used tires. Had a air leak in my girlfriend tire thought they solved it but went flat again. The next day came back and it was a very very small hole no problem I wouldn’t have caught it either, free of charge. Also great prices”

“I had a really positive experience at the Costco Tire Center, especially thanks to the manager, Terrell. The store is extremely busy—even on weekdays—and it’s clear they’re likely short-staffed, so it’s important to adjust expectations a little bit. That being said, the entire team works hard to help every customer, and Terrell really stands out.
I had an issue with my car and he personally stepped in, hands-on, to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and wants to resolve problems the right way. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and leadership in such a hectic environment.

“Everest has been the only mechanic shop I will take my car to for over a decade, nearly 2 decades. In a college town, most mechanics are looking to get as much money out of "mom and dad" as possible and take advantage of a lot of young people who don't know much about their cars. Ever since they were first recommended to me (after getting cheated hard by another shop in the area), I have never felt like they were taking advantage. They tell you when something needs fixing but can be put off until you can afford it. They are incredibly busy so sometimes you have to wait a week or so for an appointment but the wait is worth it.”
