“I have to commend Sherita and Kristen for their help. They gave me at the Lazy Boy Newark store the night before my visit. I had ordered a Lazy Boy online, but mistakenly ordered the incorrect La-Z-Boy when I arrived at the store the next day they were wonderful and tracking down my order online and emailing Karen, who was the manager of the online ordering and sent an email to cancel my order? I received an email and a call from Karen saying that my order was canceled and she couldn’t have been nicer. While I was at the La-Z-Boy store, Sherita assisted me and picking out another La-Z-Boy, and I am truly happy with my purchase. They were ever so nice and accommodating. I would recommend Lazy Boy to all of my friends and family for their excellent customer service and they’re excellent product. I forgot to mention that when I arrived at the store, the online ordering line was closed due to the Easter holiday. The staff at the store did not have to go above and beyond but they did help me and it was much appreciated”

“Tom Shaw greeted us as we entered. We explained what we were searching for and he gave us information and pointed us in the right direction. He gave us the freedom to look without a sales person hovering, and I deeply appreciated that. When we had questions he was available. We had the pleasure of finding just the right furniture, after having visited three different stores that day. Tom was professional, helpful, and very engaging. His approach to sales was very appreciated; not high pressure, but treated us with friendliness, humor, and respect. He even sent us an email thanking us for shopping with them.Delivery was a breeze as well. We received texts letting us know the delivery time and who would be delivering. When the delivery guys showed up, they took extreme care to get the furniture in and left no marks on the walls or floors.My experience with R&F was very positive and I would recommend this store, and especially Tom Shaw, to others.”

“Stopped by on our way out of town. I had promised my husband no shopping. Boy am I glad I broke my promise for The Saltbox. Lots of stuff arranged very attractively with best prices I have seen for similar items! I talked to a couple of customers and Jennifer who was working there and almost decided to move to town right there and then! Everyone was so nice.It is a wonderful place to pick up beautiful home decor, fun gifts, and trinkets. One of the customers I spoke with was picking up inexpensive things to hand out to random strangers she meets just to brighten their day. I learned about the coolest bags from SeaBags there. I know what my beachy friends are getting for Christmas! It will be worth the trip back to The Saltbox.I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone visit!”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE!! There were so many things that I wanted to buy but not enough room in my car so I settled for an old telephone and some jewelry that wouldn’t be priced any cheaper anywhere else. There were so many different things to look at, I probably could’ve spent half a day here, but they were closing and I only had about 40 minutes to look through everything. Right now they have a Halloween section and really stick to keeping things updated. The woman with the dog at the front counter, was such a sweetheart, and I really wanted to get to know her better.”
“Before I ever started working at Brandywine I shopped at Brandywine and so has my daughter Sam!! It really is a family vibe there and everyone is very helpful! My daughter and I have been going there for the last decade! We all really try to go above and beyond and the staff works well together! We have a lot of returning customers and generational customers! I personally really enjoy helping people and making sure they're getting exactly what it is that they want! It can be challenging at times but we go above and beyond for customer service!”

“I've only visited this store a few times, but this trip was the one that will keep me coming back. I collect 1/3 scale Japanese ball jointed dolls and have recently downloaded some clothing patterns for them and hope to make my own designs in the future. Went here with the wife with the intention of pricing out a sewing machine. We were looking at our options on the shelf and took note that Singers were on additional sale. The store manager came over to us to help and told us that the people we would have needed to see about the machines had left for the day and we would have to return. She must have seen our disappointment because she asked us to hold on and that she had three models in the back. Luckily, one of the machines on the floor model was the one I wanted and we left with it along with a beginner sewing book.There was a line when we got up to the register, and they asked me to download the app to get some great coupons to use but naturally trying to set up an account when there's a long line behind you can be frustrating. It did come up and I was able to use the coupons. Will I come back? Definitely. Will also keep an eye on the website as well since they have different sales and more items.”
“Flooring pricing are usually competitive. Labor for installation also, but look closely. I was quoted one price and then, after doing my comparison with other stores and ordered the flooring material, sthe install labor rate was increased almost a dollar per sqft. I understand I could have cancelled my order but time was of the essence. I prefer if they were upfront about the rate. They still may have gotten my business.”
“Quirky and eclectic. It’s so much so they even sell film here. Yes, photography geeks, they have film! What’s even stranger is the film prices were good. A friend ordered a 3 pack of Fuji Superia 400 35mm film for a really good price online. I found Lomography Metropolis and CineStill 800t in stock at this location and once again a really good price. I don’t use Fuji Instax film or disposable cameras but they have them too.”
