“I visited several other locations recently and in the past. This location by far has the best customer service in the world!. A few days ago I had Mike who went far and beyond to meet my needs. He was very knowledgeable and was the most helpful representative out of all the TMobile stores I've visited. He had all the answers and advice I was seeking. I ended up wanting another item and was dissatisfied with the service I received yesterday at location closer to my house so today I went back to purchase that item at the Newcastle one again and was extremely pleased with Bill. He helped me in the most professional and caring way. I'm glad I came back to experience greatness again!.I would give this location a thousand stars if I could!. Definitely the best TMobile store around! They are up to date on pricing compared to other locations and welcome you as soon as you arrive each and every time!. Thank you for being who you all are. “HRO in general is awesome. And Harry was the man at New Castle. He was always polite always welcoming and so so helpful. He had to leave for a personal issue and since then I have been dealing with random sales people all of them seem very smart. Sometimes a bit awkward asking a question because they don't seem very receptive to questions and not very enthusiastic. Maybe I got spoiled with Harry. If I can give one piece of advice : bring Enthusiasm into your client interactions. Everything else will fall into place.”
