“A big shout-out and well done to the folks at Overture and in particular Robert Bobo, Jamie Wilson, and Cory Beaver. I was looking to upgrade my phono preamp and found Overture with an online search. They gave me an excellent trade-in price (a rare thing indeed!) for my existing preamp (a Parasound JC3 Jr) towards a new Parasound JC3+. The transaction was fast and seamless and I soon had the new JC3+...which turned out to be a defective unit, the first time that's ever happened to me with a new piece of audio gear. Overture contacted Parasound, I shipped the defective unit back to Overture and in just a few days had another new JC3+, which sounds absolutely sublime. It was a pleasure doing business with the Overture professionals and I highly recommend them. I will certainly use Overture in the future!”

“These guys are awesome! I went there a few years ago as a newbie for a radio, while I was happy with it, as I learned more about them I found they had sold me a very good radio. While it was more than I needed at the time, I didn't have to upgrade as I learned more about them. Very happy with that purchase!Recently I was having a problem and stopped in late in the afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem in about five minutes, and he was able to repair it immediately, which was unexpected.Not only do they give great service, but they seem to be a real good group of people. “I haven’t had a phone since Cingular wireless gave me a flip phone in 2003. The War on Terror was a mere two years old. W was the President.So naturally I was skeptical about these so called “smart” phones. But the folks at this T Mobile alleviated my concerns about the uprising of artificial intelligence.Did you know phones get video on them now? Incredible.The employees even helped me get my glass protector on my phone.”

“My dad’s old receiver was on it’s last legs. I brought the Marantz 2245 to Grooves & Tubes and the owner got it playing perfectly again. It took him a few weeks, but I was told this ahead of time. I would highly recommend this store to get your gear serviced or upgraded!”

“A solid target in Wilmington. It's clean. There's usually no line to pay. It's well organized. There's a Starbucks in it. Only thing is that there is usually a 5 to 10 minute wait or even longer when I order items for pick up in store. Sometimes there's a long line and sometimes the staff just takes a while to get the items. However, if you order drive up. It literally takes a minute.m if you put "on my way" on your target app. Once I clicked arrive, the target representative was out with my stuff within a minute! Super quick. Absolutely love this target, the staff and everything about it.”
