Great the gym is clean the staff is nice and there is a lot of stuff to do as in working out

The Planet Fitness here in Milford is big and bright. There is a large open area full of treadmills, rowing machines, bicycles, stairclimbers etc. There is plenty of free weights, Circut training room, PF 360 Room, Tanning and Massage chairs etc. The staff is polite and super friendly.

They've succeeded (mostly) in encouraging everyone to clean up after using the weights and equipment and to practice basic member courtesy.
