All other places we had gone too as soon as you get into the details the price they had on the car really wasn’t the actual price. A bunch of hidden cost. The Finance guy there (sorry don’t remember his name) was quick informative and the easiest processes I have ever gone through .”

“OK, 4.5 stars because Hertrich, not the body shop, needs to integrate their units so they can operate seamlessly (e.g., Service and Collision can't coordinate unless the service relates to the accident).The work itself was well done and delivered early. Paperwork was not complicated. Everything I needed to know was clearly explained.Scheduling is always a pain (we're all short staffed these days), but they worked with me the get an early date (I had to leave the car for a few days so they could fit the work around other jobs; no problem).Excellent staff.One worker had missed a form, but she was willing to stand in the rain while I sat in the car to fill it out (I'm no j**** I sent her inside and brought it in when I was done).Overall, an excellent experience. Don't have an accident, but if you do, these folks will take good care of you.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this dealership. I recently purchased a used truck here and they went above and beyond my expectations. My salesman was Brian K. and he made the buying process seamless and about as quick as you're gonna get. They had to keep the truck for a few days to do some repairs, which I was aware of. I found the truck online and purchased it right away. Upon picking it up Brian informed me that it had a small chip in the windshield. He knew that I wanted to take the truck home and he told me to have the windshield replaced and send the dealership the bill. Exactly 1 week after having the windshield replaced a check showed up, as promised. During this time an oil dipstick tube also came UPS. I was unaware that they were even sending this. The finger loop on the original was broken but it did not effect the seal or the oil level. Finally, when my tags and registration showed up at the dealership they sent them 2 day UPS to me, as I live in Maryland. From finding the vehicle on line to buying it to having it tagged and registered in my driveway, the entire process was a pleasure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.”

“Don’t have many before photos but there was rim damage and scratches down the passenger side along with the front bumper damage from running over a tire.Overall the collision center was great and having the enterprise rental location there really helped make the process smooth.Communication was great with the exception of the receptionist. Upon drop off, I asked her if she knew how long the process would take and she handed me a pamphlet and said the process was outlined in the pamphlet. I told her I understood the process but looking for an estimate on how long the process takes and she sighed and said “2 weeks” and acted like me asking for information was a bother to her. She was very unprofessional, but everyone else there was amazing.Quality of work was outstanding and the process was really enjoyable with the exception of the above incident.Would recommend this place to anyone needing at least minor repairs done to their vehicle. The car now looks brand new!”
