“The staff are super nice people. You can go in with a list of 10 things on your phone, and they'll go to the warehouse and get it all with no complaints. Some of the reviews sound like the person has a personal problem with a staff member, and that shouldn't be made private, take it up with them outside of store hours. It's juvenile to not keep a private matter private. I've bought 2 saddles from here, an endurance that I use for trails and a dressage saddle that my saddle fitter loved for my horse. And as long as you have a receipt, returns/exchanges are no problem.”
