“The staff are super nice people. You can go in with a list of 10 things on your phone, and they'll go to the warehouse and get it all with no complaints. Some of the reviews sound like the person has a personal problem with a staff member, and that shouldn't be made private, take it up with them outside of store hours. It's juvenile to not keep a private matter private. I've bought 2 saddles from here, an endurance that I use for trails and a dressage saddle that my saddle fitter loved for my horse. And as long as you have a receipt, returns/exchanges are no problem.”
“I love shoe show nice selections great prices. Im just sad that they left from Dover area. That was definitely my go to place for shoes especially since it was right beside Catos clothing store. I would get an outfit then find some shoes and purse to match and vice versa. Why did you leave”
