They donated a huge amount to me to drop off to Speranza Animal Rescue in Mechanicsburg PA when I went to tour their facilities. This is something I've been wanting to do for years and I know they appreciated it so much. Thank you Tail Bangers.”
“John and Emma were awesome!! They had customers coming into the store back to back and gave each and every customer excellent service. PetSmart in Millsboro stated they no longer provide hands-on customer service because they don't have the staff. Well... I think PetSmart needs to take some pointers from Concord Pet.”
“When we brought our dog in to be groomed for the first time at Petco (excellent experience) we forgot her paperwork there. We called and they said they found it and would hold it for us. The next day we went later in the day because of snow in the morning. When I went to the desk I asked for the paperwork and was told by the gentleman at the desk (I believe his name was Mark) that the receptionist in the grooming department had just left. Before I could say I’d have to come back the next day the man said to wait and he’d check for me. He opened up the grooming room and searched around and finally did find our file folder. He went out of his way to help us and we very much appreciated that.”

“We met the owner and he was very knowledgeable, he was very friendly and helped us looking for a bird. They do have a few birds and they also raise them from birth right out of the egg.Great place to take the kids also.”
