“I was searching all of the stores trying to find a large size carhartt coat. Nobody had one. I went into the millsboro store and they didn't have one. But an awesome girl named Jess took the time to call the Berlin store and they checked their stock for me and found one. I really appreciated Jess actually calling the store for me. Most places will have you call the store on your own. Thank you so much jess”

“John and Emma were awesome!! They had customers coming into the store back to back and gave each and every customer excellent service. PetSmart in Millsboro stated they no longer provide hands-on customer service because they don't have the staff. Well... I think PetSmart needs to take some pointers from Concord Pet.”

Danielle called me to inform me of a open wound from Lexie scratching and how she washed her good and cut her hair accordingly. I will continue bringing Lexie to Millsboro Petsmart.”

They donated a huge amount to me to drop off to Speranza Animal Rescue in Mechanicsburg PA when I went to tour their facilities.
