I had a bad experience at a previous groomer and was nervous that my pup might cry during the service but nope! Taylor took her time with my baby and made her very comfortable. Afterwards I could tell my dog loved the groomer as she wanted to be by her and had her tail wagging! The nails were also cut and grinded very well. Will be coming back for sure!!

The hours and location are convenient, and they offer other services like grooming, one on one time, and meals. It's easy to reach staff by text message (like when I forget to put my dog's lunchtime treat in the basket and I need to ask them to provide her with something.) Pictures for donations on holidays is nice, too. They are also very communicative about any issues or injuries that happen during play, no matter if it's just a little scratch - they give you a call right away. I feel comfortable leaving my canine best bud with them.
