I had the pleasure of working with Daniel at the Folsom store. I was returning a “ton” of Comcast equipment and Daniel took care of everything quickly and painlessly! I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes..This was a fantastic experience! I can not thank Daniel and the staff enough..Ps. I just want to mention I am not being paid for my review nor do I have any relatives that work for the store. Rob answered my phone call with various questions with kindness and helped me repack a box when the store was just about to close. This was probably the best service experience I have ever had.”

“I have used them for years and I highly recommend them. They're very very good helpful. They will pack your package for you and just very helpful with some things that was difficult to return when I was trying to send a return and that they have their email there and you're trying to get it to come through sometime that difficult so I would recommend if you have anything like that. Also email your own email, so you know when it comes through, then go because if you go there ahead of time- I think something about the building-- it doesn't always come through that way at first ---you have to give it more time!! they have been in business many years and they have great experience, and the owner is from Springfield and grew up here!!”

“I always give my husband my USPS and UPS returns, but he often ends up driving around with the packages in his car. On one such occasion I happened to be in the vehicle with him when we drove past My Mailbox Store. On a whim I told him to stop so that I could see if they'd take my packages. Lo and behold, they do! This is your one-stop-shop for dropping off all your USPS, FedEx, or UPS returns or packages. They also have the resources to pack and ship things on your behalf. It really couldn't have been easier, and the associate was super friendly. This is a very convenient place!”
