On one such occasion I happened to be in the vehicle with him when we drove past My Mailbox Store. On a whim I told him to stop so that I could see if they'd take my packages. Lo and behold, they do! This is your one-stop-shop for dropping off all your USPS, FedEx, or UPS returns or packages. They also have the resources to pack and ship things on your behalf. It really couldn't have been easier, and the associate was super friendly. This is a very convenient place!”

I came in very last minute because I didn’t realize what time they closed today.The staff in there was absolutely wonderful and one employee who I did not catch his name definitely stood above the bar and gave amazing customer service. They were wonderful and I will now be doing all further purchases and shipping straight through this location.He let me and my baby wait inside for our ride due to it being so cold. “Very large FedEx location that has everything you need. Most of the time I’ve had no issues. On occasion, depending who is behind the desk, you can get someone who is very soft spoken which is hard to hear what they are asking and then it takes forever to get the package processed. Other than that, the people are nice and happy to help.”

“It should be 5 stars but I cant mark it on 5. Lets say 4 from 5 managers here received stars but I don't like fifth one. All people here are amazing professionals and carrying experts except today's manager who was amazing drama actor. Each time he maid different faces and asked strange questions, like playing some roles. From his words lhe working in some print fairy tale office with pony and little princess which don't belongs to FedEx. I don't like when people take histery to their work and share it with you like you should take it..”

“I've had my share of bad USPS storys. Once I had ordered a figure and game from Japan. When I got the package, it seemed a little roughed up, but I didnt think about it. When I opened it up, different story entirely. The box had two forklift holes in the box pretty much destroying what was in there. They slapped the customs label on another box and continued with shipment.That said, not every post offices are bad. The one here on Lancaster Avenue is one of the nicer ones. Customer service is great and the location is very clean. Always had issues with my previous post office, but not this one.”
