“My go to place for gravel I always need gravel for my driveway and leveling every so often and it’s a good price and loading was easy and gentle didn’t bang up the truck”
“Moved to the area about 4 years ago and bought many things - anywhere from paint, to downspout extenders, rope, river rock, you name it. I love this store. I agree with one review in that their prices are a little higher than the Depot or Lowe's, but it's worth the convenience and the "small town" feel that you get shopping here. The younger "kids" who work there aren't as engaging, but they're usually working the register.”

The store and restroom were spotless. The store is very organized with everything in its place. “These guys are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I walked in today not knowing what to expect but from the second I walked in I was well taken care of. I brought with me an old piece of siding that I could not match the color/style using products from local hardware and big box stores. Within minutes the staff identified the exact color, grain, and style. They also located it and had it shipped to their store for me to pick up the next day. If I could give an extra star I would. Most places like this don't have time for the little man (homeowners like me). They only deal with contractors and big companies. That's not the case here! I felt valued shopping here. Thank you S.G. “Hills hardware is more than a hardware store. Leno and Heather create a universal atmosphere. No matter if your a carpenter with 40years experience or a person looking to hang some picture frames in your home. They are quick with the necessary supplies and a helpful tip if you need it; to get the job done proper. You need something not in the store they can get it in on the next shipment. I stop here before anywhere to get my supplies. Feels like home. Most certainly go check them out.”

They had good selection of gas and electric fireplace. And while the staff was attentive, answering questions easily, they also allowed us to just browse.”

“Was a little nervous heading into Delaware County Supply as a female DIYer and not a contractor. No employees approached me in the store or the yard but I headed to the customer service counter and was pointed in the right direction. One of the lumber yard employees helped me find and price options for my project. Everyone was kind and helpful. I’ve been back a couple times to pick up additional supplies and the staff has even remembered me and asked how everything going. It’s great to have this store as an option other than just the big box stores!”
“Westway was terrific in solving a problem. I hunted for an uncommon bulb, and only two sources with in-stock were found (others indicated discontinued). One was Westway and I ordered. The bulbs (Westinghouse) were poor quality cf. prior ones, almost knockoffs. Westway found the original bulbs, they arrived and are fine Everything worked out because Westway pitched in and helped greatly. Thank you, Westway!.”

“We recently switched to using Keen for our compressed gas needs. One of the very few family-owned businesses that operates its own calibration-grade ISO-certified fill and modern manufacturing facility to this caliber - that alone is impressive to say the least. This location is their main plant, and we are happy driving an hour when we need something - because this location has everything you would need (though their other locations are great as well, and there are no shortages of delivery options). Wonderful staff and service, knowledgeable and helpful all around. No regrets at all so far!”
“Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”
“I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”

“The store is fine, a bit small. But the irony that most of the toilet seats in the women’s bathroom were falling off and unstable, at a hardware store, where they sell toilet seats, is very funny to me. Fix your bathroom guys!”

“I see alot of negative reviews about the paint section here. I have to give it up for Fred though. Fred is incredible and super helpful. If you have questions about painting/spackling go to him. He will figure it out. I used to frequent the Willow Grove Home Depot, lemme tell you the Grass isn't always Greener. That place was awful- and don't get me started on the home depot near Springfield. The staff at the Claymont Home Depot are usually incredibly helpful and willing to answer questions. The 4 star review is because the parking SUCKS. Anyway back to Fred- Give that guy a raise.”
