“Moved to the area about 4 years ago and bought many things - anywhere from paint, to downspout extenders, rope, river rock, you name it. I love this store. I agree with one review in that their prices are a little higher than the Depot or Lowe's, but it's worth the convenience and the "small town" feel that you get shopping here. The younger "kids" who work there aren't as engaging, but they're usually working the register.”

“Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”

“I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”

“Heather is the best! Recently wanted to buy a grill for the yard, and thanks to Heather we are enjoying it immensely. Thought I'd have to have it delivered, but she explained I could get a boxed one and assemble at home. She then located one in the store, got a machine to help her retrieve it from a very hight spot (which she did totally on her own). She the proceeded to help me get it in my vehicle. “I had to pick up shelf pegs and was near this Home Depot so I stopped in.The customer service rep I encountered was not only helpful but very personable.She initially couldn't find exactly what I needed and when I had first approached her I knew she was busy using her laptop at a nearby desk.She eagerly got up to help me and when she wasn't able to find what I needed she reached out to another associate.She then directed me to the aisle where they could be found. It was a pleasant experience chatting with her. I was able to also find what I needed as a result of her not giving up and handing me off to someone else. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves to be mentioned.Sometimes you come across the nicest souls when you least expect it.The store itself was tidy and seemed to have good energy. There also were no long lines like other Home depots I've been to in prior days.”

I was worried the online order would be incorrect as I had looked for the same items the day before and was unable to find them but they were in fact the correct items. Only thing I had an issue with was finding the correct router bit for my woodworking project. The router bit selection was lacking.”
