I called and was immediately put on hold without talking to anyone. 10 minutes later, still listening to the same looped music.

Was told by staff "we only have your prescription available if you pay for an appointment with one of our doctors. We are out of stock if you use the prescription you have from an outside doctor".

Constantly put on hold for long periods of time and hanging up on callers!! Phone won’t even go through at times. IF you actually get to talk to someone, great service.
