They deserve the low ratings. Pharmacy provided incorrect info about my insurance and made me wait 30 minutes to tell me incorrect information. Staff definitely don’t care about customer service.

They need to hire more pharmacists.With flu shot season in full swing, the lines at the pharmacy are insane.The pharmacists are doing their level best, working flat out, but expect at least an hour to an hour and a half delay for flu shot “appointments”Walgreens is too cheap to properly staff their stores. It is a drug store with slightly over priced products and the ambiance of a damp basement. It did have everything I needed though
