UNIQLO Union Station is a conveniently located store on the ground floor of Union Station. The store is somewhat small and cramped but is well-organized, fitting a lot of clothing options into the space. It offers a great selection of graphic tees, basics, puffers, and other Lifewear—simple, high-quality, everyday clothing designed to make life better. Prices are great, with a lot of stuff packed in. Staff are generally helpful and greet customers kindly, with a surprisingly quick checkout process. Several fitting rooms are available, though one reviewer wished for a fitting room during a pickup order. The store is a helpful place to start and is already stocking seasonal items like fall clothing. However, the store does not allow in-store returns for online orders, requiring a $7 shipping fee for returns, which some customers find upsetting. One male staff member at checkout was noted as unpleasant and not explaining things well. The store has supported the local community, including donations to a grandparent caregiver’s program. While some find the return policy inconvenient, others love the store for its basics and selection and would definitely come back.
I didn’t buy anything there, but you can find a lot of casual clothing there for a good price. The value for money seems to be good.

Love this UNIQLO! It’s somewhat small/cramped but for the space they fit a lot in. They had a great selection of graphic tees and basics. I love the puffers, they’re very warm and light like a Patagonia. Would definitely come back for basics or some Keith Haring printed tees. It’s inside Union Station so a helpful... read full comment
