The experience was great, as usual! BTW, I was just trying to figure out how to respond and clicked "Contact Us Directly" -- which I guess is intended only for complaints. I don't have a complaint, so please disregard that contact.

Designer is wonderful, had a host of issues with my original suit and the corrections made to it. Second suit was very well done. Decided to try out their shirts. Will comment when those are delivered.

Amanda Latimer provides exceptional service. She has been a great guide for me in navigating Tom James' extensive catalog. There is no one better to deal with than Amanda.
