“Not to be dramatic but this pharmacy has single handedly improved the quality of my life by a million. Getting prescriptions filled by large pharmacies has been extremely frustrating and CaryRX has been made it so easy to transfer everything over from CVS. They are so communicative and knowledgeable when i have questions or a medication needs to be ordered and are available via chat within minutes so there are no long hold times. They have my medication delivered to my front door quicker than an Uber eats order and have worked with my insurance and suggested coupons to ensure I’m getting the best price available. However, when using grocery pickup, not all shoppers are equally attentive. I've learned when to use that service to ensure the best experience.”
“They have lots of checkout stations and clerks, as well as four self-checkout stations. I use Samsung Pay without any issues here. The store gets very busy on Sundays and Monday evenings, when most people do their grocery shopping.”

“This review is purely for Giant pick up. I use my bicycle to run most of my errands, and because of the idiotic no bags inside policy, I solely use giant for pick up orders since moving to the neighborhood a couple months ago. Claire has done most of my shopping for pick up orders and does an excellent job. The workers are always timely and friendly. Produce has been fresh and I don't get any banged up or expired products here. I've done giant pick up at the H St NE and Brentwood stores as well, and this location is the best and most consistent service out of the three. Thanks Claire! My only complaint is that giant should make it easier to leave reviews on the app since employees rely on these, but they only give you the option to report issues, not positive feedback, online.”

“This Safeway put the 'friendly' in your friendly neighborhood store. Maureen is pleasant efficient and when she has a line she acknowledge all of her customers. Mariah. I had an issue with the deli and she was profusely apologetic and took care of it immediately. Andrea . Ms Seafood I call her. My experience with the other lady behind the counter was very unpleasant so I do not purchase Seafood unless she is working. I told the other lady I want lightly seasoned crablegs and that Andrea steam them perfectly and she said rudely ' I am not Andrea ' I should have not gotten them because I had to wash my crablegs before I ate them and as such they were not as good. But overall this Safeway is a good store. Keep up the good work guys. ?”

“This place is so much better than a normal CVS or Walgreens. The pharmacists were super cheerful and it seemed like a nice work environment, lots of jokes. I came in 5 minutes after my doctor ordered medicine, and it was clear I was in a rush, but they didn't seem to mind and they got it done incredibly quickly. Also, I was going to pay out of pocket, and the person at the checkout recommended I use coupons, which saved me a lot of money. Thanks :)”
