“Morgan's is a phenomenal pharmacy. My family uses it for all our medications as well as for vaccinations. The small business gets to know you personally and provides excellent, friendly service. I highly recommend Morgan's Pharmacy.”

“Switched to this pharmacy a few months ago from the big chain down the street. In that time I've filled several prescriptions for both myself and my kids. The difference in customer service between the previous pharmacy and Demmy's is truly astounding. Staff at Demmy's are so friendly, nice, and quick with filling prescriptions. Very informative as well. I am so happy with the switch and can't recommend Demmy's highly enough.”

“Little Acorn pharmacy is a breath of fresh air in a world of chain pharmacies. They go above and beyond to help their customers, are communicative, responsive, respectful, and so helpful. When my child got an epi-pen filled for the first time, the pharmacist came over and made sure we knew how to use it. There are never long waits, or lines, and you won’t be put on hold forever if you need to call. They also do compounded medications and have a drive thru!”

“I moved to Del Ray a few months ago, and I was desperately looking for a pharmacy to fill my prescription. No luck at the big chain pharmacies because of a national shortage. I called here and was so relieved that they had it. The second time I went in for a prescription for a self-injection. I had never done one before and was really nervous to do it by myself, so I asked if someone could show me. Stacey was so kind while guiding me through it, and I’ve been coming back ever since. The staff at NP are amazing and attentive, and I highly recommend choosing local!”

“Do yourself a favor, skip Walgreens and CVS and go to Joule! Super friendly staff, fast, and professional. I will only use Joule for my pharmacy needs from now on!”

“I enjoyed the small town feel. I have taken up shopping here instead of Walmart. The prices aren't bad and I don't have to deal with all of the Walmart receipt thugs at the door when I exit.”

“Be careful. Ask questions if you have to pay for certain medications. My doctor prescribed a certain brand of glucose monitor for my gestational diabetes. Already anxious about doing the right thing, I didn't think to much of it when I had to pay $50 for the kit, but I did ask in the chat if there was a different brand that would be cheaper. I didn't get a response.I learned later when I tried to refill that my insurance does cover another brand, and CaryRX completely withheld that information from me. That's $50 and $40 monthly refill._____Update: Changed this one star review to 4 for the prompt response to resolve the problem. They offered to cover one prescription refill. Though I will be paying the $50 monthly refill until I no longer need it because I'm too mentally and physically exhausted at 37 weeks pregnant to deal with changes. I wished I was given the choice before I committed to a brand that was not covered by my insurance.”

“Wonderful pharmacy they really treat you with respect and like a human being. After years of fighting with larger pharmacy chains to get my prescriptions refilled properly, Mike (pharmacist) did it easily and took time to talk with me to make sure it was correct. They are very responsive, ensure they keep my medicine in stock, and make it easy to pick up your prescriptions. I can't recommend them enough, I also appreciate supporting my local pharmacy.”

“I never thought I would leave a review for a pharmacy, but I had a fantastic experience at Grubb's. I had a tricky prescription to fulfill and had gone to a bunch of other pharmacies who were unhelpful, but Grubb's came through and were friendly and prompt in doing so. Plus, they've got a big selection of cool products in store--organic toiletries, local gifts, etc. Not to mention, I feel good supporting a small independent pharmacy instead of one of the big chains. Grubb's isn't even in my neighborhood but I'd definitely go there again!”

“Excellent (and prompt) service, communicative staff, and right off the DuPont metro stop. I work in healthcare and have recently been more on the patient side of the system. My experience at DuPont Circle Pharmacy exceeded expectations and provided individualized and seamless service.”

“I would give this place ten stars if I could. They have been my elderly father's pharmacy for years, and they always provide excellent service. Rather than an impersonal pharmacy, here you will find the value of pharmacists who actually care about their customers. Whether it's automatically delivering prescriptions on the same day they are filled, or providing Covid vaccination services, or making healthcare recommendations, this place is the best. I am so grateful for the way they serve my father as a long-time customer. Strongest recommendation!”

“So expensive. I love the store and delivery is great but I’ve seen coffee at Giant 2.00 more than at a store 3/4 mile away. Same size, same brand. Amongst other items.”

“Excellent service with an old-school pharmacy vibe. They prepared my prescription in under 20 minutes while I shopped the narrow aisles. You can also wait in the office building lobby. As this is downtown, there is not great parking, but cannot hold that against this great pharmacy.”

“Picked up my medicine at the Pharmacy. Was feeling peckish, so I looked around briefly in the Bakery department to see if there were any prepackaged items I could bring home for my son and me, most of the baked goods are rather pricey. All I could find that was reasonable were donuts. I got some chocolate iced peanut butter filled donuts (all they had left), which were very tasty.”

“I spent the day here yesterday in the Starbucks section of the grocery store. I was seeking out a relaxed environment where I could do work mainly. The fact that food and drinks were readily accessible was a bonus. The seats and a/c were comfortable, and I greatly appreciated it. Even there were far less customers then what you would see at a stand alone Starbucks. So that being said, it is much more tranquil and better for working. The WiFi signal was on point- double like. I believe that I ended up spending around $20 for food and drink and it was worth it!”

“Kensington Pharmacy is the model for what every pharmacy should be- kind, thoughtful, helpful, and incredibly efficient! I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Family care for generations and it shines through.”

“Great international grocer and unique items shop. There's even a built-in Ethiopian habesha at the end of the produce aisle where you can get mitmita, berbere, shiro, injera, or whatever else you need. Plus it's been operating long enough that you can one-stop shop here for beer and wine, as well, unlike most Montgomery County grocery stores.”
