Basically a scam. They schedule you and don't show up. It's happened several times. We put 25 boxes out and have to haul them back in. Do not use this for profit company.

I've scheduled a pickup for donation, the driver never showed. They rescheduled for today, and no one, AGAIN, did not pick up the donation. Unprofessional. Will donate to goodwill from now on instead.

I have been donating to Lupus Foundation for the last 6 years. They have always picked up my donations, usually before noon, sometimes by 3 PM.
