I am surprised to see reviews about rude staff. I have yet to come across a single person working here that hasn't been very friendly.

Beautiful store. Rude woman salesperson left a poor impression and I’m a JCrew cardholder. Too bad because I really wanted to try some jeans on but I’ll wait and try on in another store.

Found what I was looking for with Anne’s help but the Cashier May P. really shocked me w her horrible attitude. I had no idea why May acted like that and I took it personally for a while, thanks to the reviews now I know it’s not my problem
