I've been to several F45s throughout the country and this is by far the best one I've been to! The staff greeted me right away, made me feel welcomed, and showed me the lay out of the gym. There workouts are intense and you will definitely work up a sweat. My favorite days are Saturday's because the workouts are 60 minutes and I'm absolutely exhausted afterwards. The location has plenty of street parking and it is in a great area of DC.

Everything about F45 Noma is amazing! The workouts, the music, the atmosphere and most importantly the awesome coaches who encourage and support your journey to becoming stronger and healthier! We are so happy to have joined this wonderful community! Highly highly recommend!

If you know how to work out at a gym in general, this is a great place to work out. The program they run is very effective. If you don’t know a proper posture or haven’t lifted weights, it could be challenging because they play the video on the screen, and nobody will check on how you are doing. You work out on your own. The person who leads you in the class is not there to give you instructions; they play the video and assign you to a station, then you exercise independently. One might feel that could be too little for the class fee, but I still think it is worthwhile just because the video is guiding you to exercise for 45 minutes, and there are other people working out next to you.There is a pet shop next door so the floor has quite a bit of dog hairs. Something to consider if you don’t like other dogs’ hairs on the floor is that you need to lie down to exercise.

F45 Noma not only provides a great place to work out but an awesome community! Everyone is super friendly and the coaches are encouraging and push you outside of your comfort zone, in a good way. When I get lazy and attempt to phone it in, they hold me accountable. I was hesitant in returning to the gym, post-COVID, but joining F45 was the best decision ever. Definitely check it out to see what all of the hype is about!

F45 NoMa is a great location to get in shape with very friendly and inviting coaches. The culture and environment is highly inclusive so you won't have to be worried about feeling intimidated or out of place like some fitness classes can be. I have already noticed improvements in my fitness and look forward to going to my classes. Definitely worth a try!

F45 Noma's sense of community, caring instructors, large/clean facility, and great playlists make this gym one of the best - all on top of one of the best workouts you can do for yourself! Sadly, I am moving away and I am devastated to cancel my membership - it truly feels like a sad breakup. I love this gym and I hope you try it out and love it too!

Love the staff! I only attend resistant and hybrid days but I feel like I am getting what I pay for. I also got a free key chain recently and the music is a bonus. I absolutely enjoy being able to get in and get out in 45 minutes as a medical student with a busy schedule. I definitely recommend.

Been here a few times after being curious about the workout since the studio opened. Decent size space although it can be a little cramped when the class is fully subscribed. The workout is essentially "around the world" with different stations that focus on different muscle groups and also cardio. The workout is terrific and the coaches will work the room correcting form and helping offer variations. It is a nice mix of people; some folks that are in fantastic shape and others that might be working their way back for one reason or another. For folks visiting from Florida it will remind you of Legacy Fit. For folks in DC, I would compare this a bit to Cut Seven or to FLEX, although there are more stations here. F45 is fairly expensive but can you really put a price on your health?

Best gym, workout, and coaches in D.C.! I've been a member at Noma for 2 years and it is still a challenging program that is always rotating to keep your body pushing.

I've been going to F45 NoMa for morning exercise sessions and I must say, it's been an amazing experience. The workouts are intense, but the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, making it easier to push through the challenges. The facilities are well-maintained and equipped with everything I need for a great workout.What I love most about F45 NoMa is the community aspect. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging, and it's great to see familiar faces every morning. It's definitely helped me stay motivated and consistent with my exercise routine.I highly recommend F45 NoMa to anyone looking for a challenging and supportive workout community. I've already recommended it to a few friends and they've had great experiences too. Keep up the good work, F45 NoMa!

F45 is the most complete, practical workout I've ever completed. Every class is different, but each really focuses on practical movements to help you carry out your daily routines stronger and with more confidence. The coaches are so wonderful and affirming, the vibe at the NOMA gym is so positive. Great energy and incredible results.

Really great coaches who are there to assist you with improving form while providing encouragement. The classes are challenging, but they always provide helpful modifications to align with level of fitness and/ or injuries. Highly recommend!

I am on my third visit of F45 and I am really enjoying myself. I wanted to try out a few gyms because I was bored and lacking structure in the gym. I love how every session is different and I get to try out new workouts and have fun. They have the best playlists and the coaches are very motivating and helpful esp when showing you how to do a workout correctly.

I have been coming to F45 Noma for a little over two months and it has been a game changer for getting closer to reaching my fitness goals! One of my favorite things is that very quickly the coaches get to know your name and know your ability level so they push you when they know you are capable of lifting a little heavier. If you’re on the fence about trying a class, check out the three day trial, you won’t regret it.
