CVS Pharmacy in Washington offers convenient and reliable pharmacy services with a focus on health and wellness. The store is open seven days a week, including nights and weekends, making it easy for customers to access prescriptions and everyday essentials when needed. The pharmacy team is generally friendly and knowledgeable, with staff members who listen carefully and are willing to help solve problems or answer questions about products and insurance. Many customers appreciate the helpfulness of pharmacists, such as Dr. Mina, who is described as kind, fast, and always smiling. However, experiences with staff can vary. Some customers have encountered rude or condescending behavior from certain cashiers, especially when asking about purchases or insurance issues. Despite these isolated negative interactions, the majority of staff are accommodating and friendly. The pharmacy inside a large Target store in Columbia Heights is praised for its location and ease of access via nearby metro, though the vaccination area is somewhat small and lacks privacy. At another location on 14th St NW DC, customers report excellent service from pharmacists who answer questions thoroughly and handle insurance matters well, making the process quick and satisfying. Overall, CVS Pharmacy in Washington is recognized for its helpful staff and accessible services, though experiences may differ depending on the staff members encountered.

Staff is friendly and kind. Pharmacist is rude and has a problem with questions I guess? Refused me service in person and hung up on me on the phone. This is the closest pharmacy to me; I don’t want to switch but it’s starting to feel like I should.
