Had very rude experience with the security guard and staff. Was trying to do very basics of being interested in opening an account and they were extremely rude. Please go to Wells Fargo nearby if you want reasonable customer service.

super friendly staff. very helpful with what i needed to accomplish.however, do not agree with the company policy of allowing random people/non customers to loiter in the lobby listening to loud videos, calling people names if they look at them, and mumbling under their breath walking about and causing an overall atmosphere of discomfort.

I arrived at 4pm, and was told there wasn't enough time to open a checking account before 5pm. It would take an entire hour? In addition, its free checking wasn't that free, with fees for lots of items. Went to Capital One, and set up a checking account in 30 minutes, even though we were slowed by some computer gremlins. Capital One's checking plan is truly free. Ditto its's ATMs.

I opened a new checking account here this morning, and so far everything has been great! I was greeted when I first walked through the door, and not soon thereafter the Account Manager escorted me to their desk. She explained to me all of the different checking account options that were available to me. After reviewing the informatiin and listening to more of the details, I think I selected the right tyoe of account. She offered to provide me with some addional services lije checks, but I passed on thise because I didn't think that I needed those. Just the online account access and bill pay were the things most important. I have confidence in a continued good relationship with this bank.

Poor service. No privacy. If you are African American be careful going to this branch. Racist Asian teller. I wanted to withdraw funds from my account was asked several questions about my account and still did not receive my money. Clearly she did not believe it was my account. I transferred my money to Bank of America and received funds the same day. Sent a complaint to corporate. I would not recommend chase.

Worst service ever. I made an appointment, arrived on time and spent more than one hour waiting. The girl attending the clients is not able to provide support, and even asks for you to show the email of your appointment.... very dissatisfied!

The service was good. There is no restroom. The original teller did not understand me. Which is weird because I am American and speak clear English. But, the got me taken car of. THERE IS NO PARKING

Disappointing customer service. Have encountered at least two staff at this location who feel like they are doing you a favor to manage your account with the bank. One gave me wrong information and became rude when confronted with the facts. Though I have also interacted with two others who were helpful, the overall impression is far short of my positive experiences with other similar banks.

These CHASE banks have grown on me. First I thought they were ridiculous and violated privacy and I preferred teller windows. But the more I go the more I like them. The service is quick and the staff super friendly. I feel bad that I wrote bad reviews when I first tried them. I was just going to delete the old review but then I thought it would be cool for people to see that I changed my mind and now LIKE these "new style" banks.
