Had very rude experience with the security guard and staff. Was trying to do very basics of being interested in opening an account and they were extremely rude. Please go to Wells Fargo nearby if you want reasonable customer service.

super friendly staff. very helpful with what i needed to accomplish.however, do not agree with the company policy of allowing random people/non customers to loiter in the lobby listening to loud videos, calling people names if they look at them, and mumbling under their breath walking about and causing an overall atmosphere...

Awful manager I asked to use the bathroom and he said it was not for the public which should’ve said only for the employees and I would understand, he also mistreat me
