“Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! You can either bring your own gear and shoot for $10/hr per person, or $13 if you need a bow. Shoot for as long as you want; they charge you incrementally for every 15 mins or so. I’ve been on two occasions, and we were very pleased both times! All experience levels are welcome.”

“My experience was great and over the phone. I had researched treadmills and dealers. I emailed a few times and John replied almost immediately each time. I.knew what I wanted and he assured me it was a good choice. John called Saturday and I upgraded slightly and ordered over the phone. Contract emailed and returned Sunday. Monday morning I received a call telling me delivery 1:00/1:30. WOW! They arrived promptly at 1:00 and 45 minutes later were gone after assembling , testing, adjusting and instruction. Great service, great product. First use in a few minutes. Not usually a phone order person for something like this but, reviews were spot on concerning John and crew. “Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. “I want to express my thoughts regarding my experience buying an antique rifle this past weekend. Because of the age of the rifle an administrative glitch occurred with the powers to be. In Connecticut many many steps must be taken to legally purchase a firearm. Mike Reddy and Guy (unknown last name) spend 2 hours and 45 minutes processing my paperwork through telephone with the authorities to get approval for my purchase. I was one customer among many. They demonstrated excellent service and patience in getting through the bureaucratic mess on my behalf. I'm very thankful.”

“REI is a great place in general, but this particular location is really great. All categories are well stocked, both assortment and size. Staff members are really knowledgeable and willing to understand your preferences to help you pick the right product. Not uncommon to have multiple staff members involved in offering an opinion on trail shoes or higher end gear. Product quality is, across the board, great. I’ve only ever had to return something once (no problems), but was well aware of their no hassle return policy. It’s about a 40 minute drive for me, so I don’t drop by as often as I’d like, but always worth a drop in. Parking can get a bit hectic in this lot at times with Shake Shak right nearby too, but not a big deal. Easy on/off I-84! If you’re not a member of the REI Co-op, you should be.”
