“I phoned Mather to ask if they cut Corian because I needed to replace an over-the-oven microwave and thought the Corian back splash had to be trimmed. Tom offered to visit to see the project. I emailed pictures instead. He talked me though how to do mount the support bracket on the Corian and even gave me the name of an installer who had worked for him previously and would be less expensive than his crew, if I needed an installer. When I removed the old microwave and took measurements, I realized I could mount the new microwave in the same space as the old. No need to mount on the Corian. Nevertheless, I applaud Tom's willingness to share helpful advice, knowing he might not be getting the job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him should the need arise. He's a decent businessman!”

“Excellent staff, good amount of available inventory and prompt service for plumbing needs in my area. They are always willing to share industry knowledge on newer (or older) items within their purview. Non-stock local items are usually available within a couple of days, and rarely incur additional shipping. If you're a trade professional looking to keep in line with the changing times of energy efficiency in HVAC and plumbing, I would highly recommend visiting Plimpton and Hills, and also buying something that benefits you and your clients. On a side note, I was pleasantly surprised that when I opened a commercial account, I received a hand signed letter from the President of the company thanking me for my business. It goes to show that even larger companies can still have a personal touch.”

“Awesome experience! I worked with Sarah Thomas on my kitchen remodel. It was the only part of my project that was seamless. I had a picture in my head of what I wanted and she made it reality. She is very knowledgeable and offered great ideas. She helped me see past just the aesthetic, highlighting pro and cons in the everyday function which is very important. She is very responsive and provides great customer service. I would recommend Torrco and Sarah to anyone. 5 stars, hands down!”
“Our challenge was a small interior kitchen with little natural light, very little counter space and poorly designed storage options. Jim and Sara listened to what we wanted and came up with several very creative solutions. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. We now have a wonderful view out to the yard, lots of counter space and lots of thoughtful storage for everything.John, and Ed managed the entire installation process and always kept us informed of the schedule. Everyone who worked in our home - Henry, Daniel, Greg - were always on time, did meticulous work and cleaned up at the end of the day. Our house was treated as a home, not a workshop.Every step was properly managed and, well communicated. We have not one negative remark for the entire process. This is an amazing team and we can't thank them enough for their efforts.Our next project is the master bathroom, and we won't even consider calling anyone except Holland Kitchens.”

“Andy Szalai was by far one of the best people we have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I mean he went above and beyond for Alex and I. We called in to find out the type of beam we needed to replace what we though was a load bearing wall. Andy then gave us a list of things he would need to know to better assist us. He then went as far as determining if the wall was actually load bearing or not, super quick responses via email and phone! Very professional ! And never made us feel a bit uncomfortable seeing that we were inexperienced and first time home buyers! Thanks to you Andy our living room is now expanded and on its way to looking how we've always wanted it.”
“Great store with good prices. As with anywhere, you gotta know your prices as it's not always a great discount. But you can definitely find good stuff cheap as they say. Check the dates as many times things are expired but still sellable.”
“Redone kitchen in last winter. Approached many stores in neighborhoods eventually decided to go with home outlet. Price was one of the factor but that comes with price too. One of the associate helped us designing the cabinets layout and placed order. After 40 days or so got the stuff when installing found that one of the piece is missing . Went to store again then store manager gave me that for free which is great. Luckily it was in stock . Compare to old real wood cabinets new ones are not upto the mark. Trash cabinets were not ordered right , it was missing inside fittings and right door. They refused to give me those for free. I ended up fitting that myself following YouTube as my contractor wasnt available when I got those. After installing after like two months of use one of the door ripped apart from the hinge . Couldn’t fit it again. Went to store again with that door. They said they will speak to supplier fast forward after 8 weeks got the replacement door.”

“My wife and I visited the Manchester store for the first time. Wow, what an amazing place. The store has just about everything you would ever need for your house. The prices are reasonable, you just have to shop wisely. Some items have awesome deals. We purchased an 8x10 area rug for only $ 299.00. The rug was high quality and looks absolutely beautiful. The outdoor patio cushions were on sale at amazing prices. We spent way too much money! Cannot wait to return back. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Ten stars for sure!”

“I went to the 2 Brainard Road showroom. I purchased copper sinks a couple of years ago when renovating my master bathroom and worked with Vito Landolfi on various fixtures and options. I looked in the clearance room and showroom and into ordering and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking out their showroom, clearance room, and talking with him. He will help you find what works for you within both your budget and personal sense of style.”

“I had a great experience LCN kitchen and bath. Norm showed up all the time to make sure the contractors were on schedule and doing the work we all agreed on. Very easy to work with. Patient with my selections, which took me about 3 months to decide. Would love to download pictures but I do not see a place to do it.”
