“As soon as I walked into Schneider’s Flooring America, I knew it’s where I would purchase my stair carpet from. Ambre was amazing, I’m sure she could tell I was super lost, and without being pushy or overly “salesperson” like, she excitedly looked at my pictures and listened to my ideas and ran around the store with me to find the perfect carpet in a good range. I ended up choosing an option she had brought up and a different route than what I imagined and it was perfect! I didn’t get quotes from anywhere else as I didn’t find what I wanted from other stores so I can’t speak to the price point, but the carpet I chose wasn’t a budget breaker and I was good with the pricing based off the service.They communicated during the entire process, estimate was easily done, and Ambre even emailed me to make sure the small details I was asking about were covered and she just went above and beyond. I work in customer service, so I can attest to how great she did. She handled multiple customers without making me feel like a burden.Install went great too, If I remember correctly, Jeff was his name. He also did great, small details were nailed and he got the job done in a timely manner and without damage to the area outside what you’d expect for having carpet installed, touch ups were minimal and I was thankful for that!Overall very happy and will be going back to them for my bedroom carpet later on!”

Non-stock local items are usually available within a couple of days, and rarely incur additional shipping. If you're a trade professional looking to keep in line with the changing times of energy efficiency in HVAC and plumbing, I would highly recommend visiting Plimpton and Hills, and also buying something that benefits you and your clients. On a side note, I was pleasantly surprised that when I opened a commercial account, I received a hand signed letter from the President of the company thanking me for my business. Jim and Sara listened to what we wanted and came up with several very creative solutions. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. We now have a wonderful view out to the yard, lots of counter space and lots of thoughtful storage for everything.John, and Ed managed the entire installation process and always kept us informed of the schedule. Everyone who worked in our home - Henry, Daniel, Greg - were always on time, did meticulous work and cleaned up at the end of the day. Our house was treated as a home, not a workshop.Every step was properly managed and, well communicated. We have not one negative remark for the entire process. “I went to the 2 Brainard Road showroom. I purchased copper sinks a couple of years ago when renovating my master bathroom and worked with Vito Landolfi on various fixtures and options. I looked in the clearance room and showroom and into ordering and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking out their showroom, clearance room, and talking with him. He will help you find what works for you within both your budget and personal sense of style.”

“Redone kitchen in last winter. Approached many stores in neighborhoods eventually decided to go with home outlet. Price was one of the factor but that comes with price too. One of the associate helped us designing the cabinets layout and placed order. After 40 days or so got the stuff when installing found that one of the piece is missing . Went to store again then store manager gave me that for free which is great. Luckily it was in stock . Compare to old real wood cabinets new ones are not upto the mark. Trash cabinets were not ordered right , it was missing inside fittings and right door. They refused to give me those for free. I ended up fitting that myself following YouTube as my contractor wasnt available when I got those. After installing after like two months of use one of the door ripped apart from the hinge . Couldn’t fit it again. Went to store again with that door. They said they will speak to supplier fast forward after 8 weeks got the replacement door.”
