I went in this morning. It was pretty busy. The girl at the desk (Tia I think?) was very professional. It seemed like she was tackling the entire line by herself. Really made an effort to make sure everybody was taken care of in a timely manner.

Wait times are unacceptable by modern standards. If the DMV can get a person in and out efficiently then a private business should be able to do better. You sit in the exam room for up to an hour, why? Clearly the provider is not available.
