“I'll give them 5 stars because they are truly amazing. A human always picks up and they are usually nice. Today however I spoke to Angie Rodriguez and her behavior was disgusting. She cashed a check prior to the date it should have been and was beyond rude. Prioritizing one customer over another. I've never beem spoken to so rude. She never once apologized and tried to just hang up. She was literally laughing on the other end of the phone as if this is a laughing matterDisgusting”
“My boyfriend and I went here looking to get rates on a house mortgage. We had gone to another company to be able to compare. The tellers were all very polite and we have met with Tristan twice to discuss the mortgage. He has been so nice and accommodating and he is the reason we have decided to go with Windsor federal savings for our mortgage. Plus the rates are great which is a bonus! We were so happy with our service that we will be opening up bank accounts and recommending the place to our friends!”

I like the extended lobby hours, the ATM's where I can make check and cash deposits without having to fill out a deposit slip and customer service access 7 days a week through the website. I think Webster Bank is one of the best banks in the state and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great bank with many locations and a website that is easy to navigate to do your online banking.”
“Full service bank, have a greeter when you arrive to check you in and get you started. System works ok, but it still takes a while to get in and out. Not very busy so good location from that perspective.”
