“Hector Morales was my service advisor. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the issue with my 2023 Ioniq 5 SEL and the service recall that brought me to dealership.
After the car was repaired (I waited about 70 minutes), he asked me to contact him if the repair did not solve the problem. He said he would schedule a new appointment and provide me with transportation.
My experience with another local Hyundai dealer was very unsatisfactory. Lia made getting the car fixed much less stressful.”
“Airport Road Auto Body is extremely timely and professional. The craftsmanship of the work completed on my vehicle is indistinguishable from the factory finish. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. It is hard to find a trustworthy shop that does work properly the first time. The work is worth the cost.”
“Overall it was a good experience and I am satisfied with the quality of the parts and very efficient and clean installation that they did on my 2011 Camaro back in March 2024. The reason for a 4 star review rather than 5 is that I found them to be a bit misleading and deceptive with their pricing. I was originally invoiced for an HD backup camera that the owner Rob himself highly recommended and sold me on. While completing the install, they learned "the hard way" according to one of the employees that the HD camera was incompatible with the HD head unit that Rob also highly recommended and sold me on. They ended up having to use a cheaper quality SD backup camera that they charged me $300 for and is a $50 camera kit everywhere online (HD camera was $200). So, I was charged an additional $100 for a lessor quality part to account for the additional labor on the camera install which was their own mistake. Other than that I am a satisfied customer and would recommend them.”

I was informed every time that something was being done on the vehicle which was good. There were like things that I wasn't expected to be done and that was taken very good care of. “Tony really helped me out with my Acura. I bought this car used and sixth months afterwards so many problems had crept up. I was sure it was going to cost me a fortune. Tony worked hard to be fair though. He found only the things that really needed to be fixed and did it all for a really good price. He even took care of a lot of the little stuff that needed to be done. This place is really fair and good at what they do.”

It was our first time there, no one told us where to go in the building and we were told to get out of the way by one of your service people.
Your service people left grease on our floor mat.
Hunter spent time with us regarding a Bluetooth issue and he was great, however, he was supposed to have someone contact us concerning the issue, never heard back.
Overall, not excellent.”

for installation also.
Brought in the car and the job was done on time. Excellent installation. Nice clean job. He handled everything with the insurance co.
