“I stopped in a few months ago to inquire about a bumper cover that had developed a tear - and was getting worse. The guy who came out and looked at it said - order the part and I'll put it on for you. He was so friendly and helpful and let me know this would be the cheapest way to fix this. So - I got the part from the KIA dealer and took it over to Capitol. He did it on the spot! And wouldn't take a dime. What a nice guy (KIA wanted almost 300 dollars to put in in!) Really appreciate their generosity and overall vibe. Thanks!”

“I bought a battery at another location & the guy was just very unhelpful & rushing me out the store saying they don’t do installations. I then came to this location & both employees were very nice, & the gentleman who installed my battery did it in less than 5 minutes. I know which location I will be coming back to!”
