“My parked car had a hit and run. My insurance was already set up to use our new car dealership Collison center so we gave it a shot. We had top notch customer service. They made sure we got our rental, helped extend as necessary and made sure the insurance was kept in loop. They gave me back my car smelling brand new and sparkling in and out. The best caveat was I left my expensive purse in it with all my personal things and money and it WAS STILL THERE. THANKS FOR BEING AN HONEST PLACE with great employees.Services: Painting”

“Went in to get a new car battery as my old one (bought at a different Advance location) was corroded. They were able to look my previous purchase up in the system and replace the battery at no charge since it was still under warranty. The guy who helped me confirmed the corrosion and helped install the new battery. Great service close to home!”

“I had a great experience with Capitol Collision! I hit a deer on Thursday 6/2 and was able to get my car in on Friday 6/3. Jillian was so helpful in explaining the process and approximately when my car would be done. She gave me her business card and told me to call whenever for updates (which I did)! Every time I called, staff was so informative and patient and answered all of my questions to the best of their ability. They always kept me updated with the status of my repairs. Less than 3 weeks later, my car was ready on 6/22 looking better than ever! I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and satisfaction.
