“I had a great experience at our local CVS in Wilton, CT. My encounter was notable and exceptional because I met dedicated staff who clearly care about customer service and their customers. During my visit they went above and beyond and out of their way to take care of me. I am beyond grateful not to mention impressed. I should note that it was the Pharmacist (senior employee) who additionally shined because she advocated for her team commenting how hard they worked when I complimented her on the service. Great experience from a large chain with a small town personal experience. Well done.”

“I've lived in major cities all my life where chain pharmacies look like hellscapes, products strewn about, an overburdened pharmacy and exhausted general staff. That being said, I struggle with these negative reviews for the Wilton CVS. The staff is helpful, the store is clean, and, while there can be a wait every now and then at the pharmacy, I've always been treated courteously and with the utmost kindness and efficiency. Perspective, people!”
