“Very friendly staff in the entire store, pharmacist is very helpful and found be the best price on something insurance didn't cover. Even the technicians will help you navigate something confusing.As for reviews that mention irregular hoursLike all pharmacies in this area of the country, they suffer from a shortage of staff which is why you see most pharmacies including this one closed from 1:30-2pm daily for lunch, or an unannounced closing if staff is not available. Fortunately there are several nearby Walgreens that can transfer a RX easily to be filled if needed quickly.”

“Big lines but I was able to get my flu shot there today right on time by a very nice and unbelievable patient (but obviously overworked pharmacist.) This despite a very uncooperative child getting his shot right before me and the fact that his mom's insurance didn't cover the shot (to which he shouted out "$198 dollars! How are we gonna pay for that?", which gave all those waiting in line a chuckle. I've made a concerted effort NOT to be overly critical of the hardworking pharmacy staff an any and all locations.”

“Ahmed is the best photo guy in Redding/Ridgefield area for passport photos! He will sit you and take nice, sharp photos! Professional and kind. Walgreens in ridgefield was the worst, nobody cared. Unqualified, not caring young man took blurred photos and did not even say sorry.”

They are better stocked on most items than the CVS nearby, especially lately! Hoping they don't get discovered by too many people (this review won't help that!) my go to drug store!”

I see these bad reviews and I don't get it.This one pharmacy services almost the entire town plus surrounding areas in NY state which have almost zilch Yes! Mistakes can happen and things don't always go over perfectly but rarely is it the result of the staff themselves. Put yourself in their shoes serving as many people as this place does before getting all mad.”
