“A few weeks ago the bumper on my BMW was vandalized in the parking lot at my job. I took it to Twin Ridge Services because my Dad used to take all our cars there for repairs when I was younger. I wasn’t sure exactly who to speak to because in the past my Dad would handle everything. When I arrived I spoke with a younger gentleman named Nico. He inspected the car that day and gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take. I dropped off the car a few days later on my lunch break. Nico was generous to give me a ride back to work so I didn’t have to call a cab. When I went to pick up my car a few days later it was washed, cleaned and parked out front for pickup. Not only did they repair the part that was damaged but they also replaced and painted the entire front bumper. When I have kids I’m going to keep the tradition going and make sure I continue sending them to Twin Ridge Services.”

“Excellent Service. Miracle workers. Somehow, the Pamby Service team was able to find our VERY rare Special Edition Mercedes rim (it has been discontinued for years) in ENGLAND! Talk about going out of your way for customer service. We had tried previously through several other "certified" Benz repair shops and no one could ever do it (or wasn't willing to go to the effort for us). Then our car was involved in a minor accident, and the existing rim and tire were destroyed. We picked Pamby off of a preferred provider list. Once they started the repair they (unbeknownst to us) found the rare rim (in England!), ordered it and installed it – then told us what they did. Smiles all around from us! We couldn't be happier! The car looks beautiful and the repair was top notch.”

I worked with Nick who was incredibly professional and made the overall process so seamless. The turnaround time was very quick from start to finish - once we agreed to move forward he made sure to order parts right away to cut down on as much wait time as possible and contacted me as soon as everything came in. I had two areas that needed repairs, one caused by another driver and the other that happened at another time - Nick gave me a very fair price for the damage I was responsible for. “John and Danielle were excellent and returned my car in a better state than it was when we dropped it off! My repair was done within a day, and the car is now in excellent condition - clean and looking like new. Despite issues finding parts and some delays, everything went smoothly and we are so happy with the job done here. Pricing was fair, and the actual cost was pretty much the same as the quote. Hopefully you never find yourself in a situation where you need body repairs done, but if you do then this is the place to go.”
