“A few weeks ago the bumper on my BMW was vandalized in the parking lot at my job. I took it to Twin Ridge Services because my Dad used to take all our cars there for repairs when I was younger. I wasn’t sure exactly who to speak to because in the past my Dad would handle everything. When I arrived I spoke with a younger gentleman named Nico. He inspected the car that day and gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take. I dropped off the car a few days later on my lunch break. Nico was generous to give me a ride back to work so I didn’t have to call a cab. When I went to pick up my car a few days later it was washed, cleaned and parked out front for pickup. Not only did they repair the part that was damaged but they also replaced and painted the entire front bumper. When I have kids I’m going to keep the tradition going and make sure I continue sending them to Twin Ridge Services.”

“I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Castellana Auto Body for any work you need on your car. I ran over a tree and damaged the front bumper of a car that I had borrowed. I needed it fixed quickly because I had to return the car to the owner in a few days. A few people recommended Castellana's to me and they were right on the money! I called the shop and the owner Johnny Castellana said I could come in right away for an estimate. Other auto body places I had called told me it could take weeks to fix. Johnny was professional and kind about my situation. He examined the car, suggested a course of action and said if he could get the parts needed, the car could be repaired by the time I needed to return at the end of the week. Happily, he called later that afternoon to tell me he was able to order the parts from a supplier. He emailed a detailed estimate and the price was extremely reasonable. The bumper on the car looked so good when I picked it up two days later (as promised), Johnny even had the whole car washed so it would match.”

“Last week my car was hit by a young inexperienced driver in Manhattan. I have a 2022 Toyota Sienna. The damage was to two doors and a rear element on the gas tank side. I recently moved to live in Greenwich, Connecticut. I did not know who repairs cars here, and who can be trusted. I searched for information on the Internet, and was in two workshops. I chose this particular workshop, I first looked at their work and I liked the quality. And it is not unimportant that these were not expensive prices for services. I admit honestly, I was worried, because I myself treat my business very decently and control the quality as much as possible. They fixed my car in three days. “It's the customer service that distinguishes Pray from any other mechanic/body shop I have ever visited. It's Ritz-Carlton level service. They were able to see my car quickly and and when a part I had provided didn't match perfectly, someone came across the street to the coffee shop I was waiting at to show me a picture to see if I wanted to continue with the job. They were very thorough in giving me my options, and when I decided not to continue with the job because of a defect in the part I had provided, there was no charge even though they had spent some time working on the car. I later retuned with a non-defective part for them to install and once again they were able to get me in quickly and competed the job perfectly, once again with incredible customer service. Pray was a class act all the way and I will definitely be using them for any body work I need in the future.”

“This place is top notch. I brought my Honda CRV in for a body repair from a pretty bad ding that had scratches and a good dent. Not only did they repair the dent and scratches, but you cannot find where the damage was, as if it never happened. On top of it, they vacuumed and washed the car like it was brought to a car wash.
