“I recently needed to upgrade my phone. I was disappointed to find that there were no offers or incentives available to me as a long-time Verizon customer and older retiree (even my old phone was ineligible for a trade-in rebate). In addition, while I didn't know it at the time, I was given inaccurate information in a chat on the Verizon site prior to going to pick up my phone. Not exactly a happy customer. All that changed when I got to the WestFarms Mall store. Everyone greeted me warmly and got right to work assisting me with setup. Adriana and Manny were especially friendly and accommodating, making sure that setup went smoothly. Adriana patiently completed data transfer while I waited. They set a good example -- and earned my 5 star rating -- for Verizon, the company, of positive customer service.”

“I visited the Verizon store on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington, CT and was very fortunate to have Leticia assist me as she usually spends more time at the Verizon store at Westfarms. She was great! She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in an efficient manner. My new Verizon iphone that I purchased online would not operate properly as the sim card that it came with did not function and I needed a new one. Leticia patiently and efficiently diagnosed the issue and resolved it. She worked with my for about 45 minutes to make sure all issues were resolved. Now that is excellent customer service! Thank you Leticia!”

“I don't normally do reviews but my experience stands out from a customer service perspective so I definitely wanted to take the time. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but I needed a new phone immediately after crushing mine at work. I too am in customer service and during the time I was there I witnessed a level of multi tasking and care for everyone that came into the store. I was greeted with smiles by all of the staff, which was a pleasant surprise for a rainy Monday morning. Amory (sp?) helped me and she was nothing but professional. I was in and out in less than ten minutes! They earned five stars from me! ;)”

“Jesse T was very wonderful and helpful with helping me get all set up with some perks associated with my account. Very patient polite and provide exceptional customer service. I originally set up my account at the cottage Grove Rd Bloomfield location and they were not helpful at all and didn't even answer their phone they rushed me out cause it was almost closing time didn't provide a charger for my phone which should have been included and they just rushed my transaction without giving me the proper links etc. So I called the new Britain location and Jesse helped with all my issues. Great employee!”

“I went to Verizon in South Windsor and worked with Stevens. One of the advantages was that he is bilingual and bicultural. He is and excellent worker. He took the patience to help me with a lot of issues that I had with the phone that I need to trade. I called customer care 4 times with the same issue and no one helped me. I went another Verizon in Ct and he was the only one and the other customer center guy name Juan that fixed the problem I had. Thank you to Stevens and Juan for the help.”

“My husband & I arrived at T-Mobile today to see what kind of new plan we could get and upgrade my old phone. Osiah was extremely helpful & professional. He offered me the best value for what I could afford and then easily talked me into a few upgrades due to the benefits of my plan. They take over my Netflix & Apple TV accounts and I'm getting a way better deal on my internet with T-Mobile. I received a free I Phone 15 & Apple Watch with my new plan. Highly recommend. I also got a free pair of AirPods if I pay them off with my incoming gift card. You really can't go wrong!”

“Been going to this location since switching to T-Mobile when sprint was bought out. Every time the team at this location has always solved my issues. This time Rachel was the one who helped me. She set me up with an upgraded and added a line. It was a super smooth process simply because Rachel knew what she was doing. Not only that but she helped me set up data backup I didn’t know existed. She made some good suggestions on accessories that I ended up purchasing as well. Also like to shoutout the store manager (forgot your name sorry). He was incredibly helpful with transferring the data to the new phones. Another shoutout to Lucas. He helped me a few weeks ago as well and was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!”

“This is a convenient location on Deming St within the center of the Plaza.My only complaint is that they don't open up until 10 a.m. If you are an early riser, like myself, you'll find this a tad annoying. There was a line waiting at the door before the store opened. ?Returning equipment is on the righthand side of the store, near the entry. Payment of accounts is located on the left. It was nice that they were able to transfer information between stations but was a bit surprised that the customer had to move from station to station. If there is a line - you get to wait again - just be prepared mentally for it.Check out for me went fairly smoothly, and since I was closing my account, they were able to recalculate my bill on the spot so I could close it out that day rather than wait for a bill.”

“Frontier's fiber system works amazingly so far (6 months), and I didn't have any of the issues that other people seem to have had. My internet has been reliable and has had all the speed I could want and more. I had a question about the first billing cycle and the help line was responsive, quick, pleasant, and helpful. Rick came to do an install and was here at the beginning of the time window, was respectful, and knew his stuff. From other reviews it seems like the DSL system isn't the best, but I would recommend giving the fiber system a shot.”
