“BK & Co is a ladies boutique owed by two longtime friends Barbara and Karen, hence the name of their store. Upon walking inside most items seemed geared toward older ladies. Also, I noticed there were some very wrinkly shirts, from cotton to rayon. Maybe I'm delayed on knowing what's forward in today's fashion, but something tells me every fabric doesn't look best when wrinkly. The further I looked in to the rear of the store, the more I liked the pieces. There are some formal dresses, some purses, shoes and jewelry pieces that I would be interested in when the occasion presents its self. They also have a sale section downstairs. I might return here soon to purchase a birthday gift for my mom.”
“I have experienced awesome customer service from the women that put my jacket on hold. She works at the register. This was on Saturday November 1, 2025. She always has a smile on her face. Then I received excellent customer service from Nathan. Nathan thank you for patent, kind and respectful. I very much appreciate you both for excellent customer service. This speaks volumes. I met the manager last weekend October 25, 2026. He is a very nice gentleman. There were two other ladies that gave me excellent customer service on the October. I remember she has beautiful purple hair. The other woman is short and petite like she held my jackets on November 1, 2026.
Again thank you all for excellent customer service. You all went above and beyond and I pray you all excel into to higher career moves. You all deserve it.”

“Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”
“Easily my favorite store for kids clothes. Most kids clothes are very slim and don’t fit my babies. However, CottonOn clothes, especially the baby clothes, are perfectly loose and fit so comfortably. They have fleece lined leggings that are perfect for the winter. Also, when they say the sizing is 6-12 months it truly does fit that long. It’s amazing. The employees were so helpful in finding the pieces I needed.”

“I LOVE Saks OFF 5TH!! There are so many wonderful finds here at amazing discounts. The store is beautiful, well organized and very well merchandised. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the variety of merchandise is all top notch. They sell effee jewelry which I have previously purchased in the Caribbean at twice the price I have found the identical item for at Saks OFF 5TH. Needless to say, I do not buy my jewelry in the Caribbean anymore where you are "Supposed to get the best deals." I highly recommend Saks OFF 5TH to all of my friends for high end merchandise at a really discounted price. You will NOT be disappointed when shopping here!!”

“I came into the Canton location on a whim, and was greeted immediately. When the item I was looking for was not in the size I was looking for, the manager quickly looked up the dress at another location- which happened to be West Hartford. When I stopped into the Farmington Ave location, I was kindly greeted and Theresa graciously chatted with me. The store was well stocked, organized, clean. Everything was clearly marked. Theresa assisted me with my Francesca points and was attentive to my needs. I have not shopped with this brand frequently, I will be sure to return. Thank you for a great customer service experience from both locations.”

I live in Manchester, but I travel all the way to the Kane Street location because the customer service there is always on point—especially from one young lady, I believe her name is Waylene or Waylen. She’s a short Hispanic woman with cornrows, and every single time I come in—no matter the time—she goes above and beyond.
If they don’t have what I need, she’ll call around to other stores to find it for me. She always greets me with a kind word and even compliments my outfit. It’s rare to find young people who take pride in their work the way she does.
Shoutout to her—she’s awesome! That kind of dedication deserves recognition. Overall, I’m giving you guys 4 stars!

“After reading all the one star reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting vineyard vines at the west farms mall but let me tell u my experience was 5 star from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by Marco immediately and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even thou they were busy & soon after the store manager Julie came by to make sure I found everything I needed not only did Marco & Julie help me find everything I needed they also gave me there opinion on certain colors they liked or clashed I was impressed they cared sooooo much if u read older reviews trust me the store is totally revamped with a super positive atmosphere & I recommend anyone who visited before and wasn't happy to give vineyard vines another try & I promise you'll be super satisfied... “I always fine great outfits here at a reasonable price. There is a large clearance section located in the rear of the store. Club cloths, business casual cloths, gym cloths etc. The selection is endless. As far as quality its ok. At the price I don't expect it to last forever. I have walked out with many $5 to $10 dollar items that I love”

“I'm prior service and these workouts are no joke! I think of it as being similar to morning PT. Muscle failure WILL occur! It's mostly women and the workouts are ballet based. If you can push your pride and ego to the left, you will get your butt kicked! The results you see will speak for itself. I would HIGHLY recommend this, for men!”
