“I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”

“I'm not a big fan of the Loft, most of their items are not my style, but I'll occasionally walk in. I notice their store is usually set up to feature one specific color, and you'll notice it right at the entrance. They'll have all the new items of that new color, currently various shades of pink displayed on the front table, not to be missed. This is fine, but a variety would also be more eye catching. I've been on the hunt recently for a specific pair of pants, they are from a few seasons ago at the Loft. I've gone to a few stores and I've looked online, and I haven't had much luck. I stopped at the Loft store at Westfarms, I asked the man working there if he could help me find them. He was so helpful, he looked all over the store for me, he talked to the other associates, he did a store search online, he looked in the back room twice, sadly they didn't have the pants. I didn't even ask him to do all this, it was all in his effort and wonderful customer service. And it was a very busy day in the store, yet he was still dedicated in finding these pants for me. I so much appreciate excellent service like this.”

“I love this store! The bras are comfy and there are a ton of different styles, colors, and sizes. Same with the undies! I found the store to be clean and mostly organized, which is impressive considering I went during a clearance sale. The customer service is great and efficient as well. Although I would definitely consider this a high end brand, they are the same price or slightly cheaper than Victoria's Secret and pink. They have good sales though, so you can go then.”

When explaining that I would check out Macy’s to price compare, he graciously held onto the bag for me until I made the decision. I wound up coming back and purchasing from the store because it was a better deal. He also helped my little sister pick a bag!! He is very attentive and nice and knows what he is talking about. “1st. Please allow me to apologize for my late post ( still had to cause my girl Jill to be my new stylist) as life always tends to stretch you in all kinds of directions... Last Month (end of April ... April 27th at that) with 20 mins to spare... now let me say this, I have worked in retail, and I have also been a General Manager of a restaurant. I now am in development said all that to say I WORK WITH PEOPLE ALL THE TIME AND WHEN I WANT TO GO HOME, I WANT TO GO HOME, and this woman JILL (lord Jill was sent from heaven and made from THEE Creator His/Herself) I needed anything FANCY! I'm typically an Express Pantsuit, Forever 21 H&M mash-up kinda girl. I own a few pieces from White House Black Market ( always catch a sale) but with no other stores willing to allow me in and LOOK, JILL did . I was hosting a fundraiser where I raised 62K!! It was my 1st assignment under my new role and even though I missed my hair and nail appointment trying to make sure everything was PERFECT, Jill took her TIME and allowed me to try on multiple outfits, shoes belts, and all. I never felt rushed and was told to stop apologizing. It's very hard finding exceptional service. Jill's actions spoke volumes of the Brand of the company. Being that the pandemic pushed everyone into GRUMPY x10, not really loving the job or having genuine passion, Jill was exceptional ASF (I'm sorry for the profanity) I have never in my 31 years of living experience someone so kind and sweet and patient, especially in the midst of a pandemic. Goodbye, Loft, and Hello White House Black Market! Jill thank you, thank you, thank you. You have no idea how many compliments I got wearing that dress (Purple, Green, and Blue Pleated no sleeves)I was in the room with over 400 million dollars Net & you Jill made me fill like I was the only Important person in the room. “We've been in the Tommy Bahamas store in the West Farms Mall twice in the past month for purchases. The staff is very kind, courteous, and helpful. Jennifer, Pierce, and the store manager Kitzia could not be anymore of assistance helping us find the clothes we wanted to purchase and giving us honest opinions when we tried some clothes on. We both were treated like royalty and spoke like we were long term friends. Jennifer also pointed out a very good restaurant to eat at in the mall, which we have frequented twice. These people/sale associates, make the store, and we will continue to shop there whenever we go to the mall.”

“I think the brand has grown mor einclusive of American sizing, and the agism while still directed at teens and young adults, does carry articles that a fully fledged adult can wear, harkening back to its origins as an outfitter for outdoorsmen like Hemingway. I just got some Woolrich Hikers on there, great and very comfortable carpenter's pants, as well as various jeans, and I'm in my med fifties. Add great athletic socks, love the underwear and all because they get the softest and most enduring cottons. The T-Shirts are a tad juvenile, but even some of these are not a bad fit for a grown up. I got two polo style tops, solid amazing colors and construction. And don't have the Logo plastered all over it. I've been getting the bulk of my wardrobe from them thanks to solid construction, all around fit, stylish, and amazing colors and dyes. I sleep in the sweats and oversized herring bone tees. I'm snug for the winter with their jackets too.”

“I went into the store at Westfarms today and the associate that assisted me was so helpful and understanding to my new body. I recently had a bilateral mastectomy and have been having a hard time finding a swim suit since I decided to stay flat. She pulled so many options for me to try and gave me so many tips regarding each suit. Over the last month I have dreaded trying on suits and she made great suggestions and kept stating that I should try on all different types and to be honest if I liked what she pulled or didn’t, she wouldn’t be offended. In the end I bought two suits that I absolutely loved and felt hot in. She was amazing!”

“Went here randomly for a last minute suit and had the best shopping experience. An associate named Michael (I hope I am remembering that correctly) helped my partner pull some items and just went beyond for us. The associate had a great eye and offered us great advice. Was not pushy with us at all. Very patient and kind. Nonetheless, they’ve earned themselves a lifetime customer. The clothes were all great material. Suits were 100% wool. Belts were leather. They had a fun offering of cashmere sweaters too that were priced >$200. Good fibers offered. Appreciate that as it’s getting harder to find quality clothing. They also offer tailoring.”

“What an amazing experience!! TWICE! I purchased a sweet little black Knott bag as I fell in love with it instantly back in June. Joan and her fellow team member were beyond helpful. I got the best deal. My daughter also found a cute wallet to complete our purchase. Unfortunately once I returned home I realized the bag was a titch too small. I was prepared to deal with it as it is so classy when I discovered they had a bigger size, same style. I called Joan and she was able to create an exchange for me to return little and purchase bigger. I went down and she and Samantha (who was rocking a cute sunflower skirt) were more than kind. In a society that seems to be more negative and selfish than ever, these folks were more than accommodating and did it with humor and a smile. Thank you for such a positive experience.
