Clean and inviting atmosphere. Water cooler available. Laurie wrote stations on white board, went over each, demonstrated and included some modifications. That part was brief. We moved quickly. It was hard and fun!

Fearless is just great. Been a member for years. FF has a great program of workouts for each day of the week so you know what to expect. Best part for me - show up, get a great workout in quickly and have a lot of fun in the process. Glenn and Brandon are great instructors and have a great team. Give it a try!
Our Group Training Program, otherwise known as “Team Training” is designed to challenge individuals of all fitness levels. No matter if you are an avid gym goer who is just looking to increase your mobility or someone who is getting back into exercising after a long period of rest. One of our experienced coaches will assess and determine with you what your goals, needs, and wants are to ensure the best possible outcome for your program.
Our Group Personal Training sessions can have as many as 25 people per class. These classes focus on a number of things including strength, resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, conditioning and more. Classes are 45 minutes in length and include a warmup, finisher and cool-down.
