“I visited the Kohl's in Waterbury 4 days after Christmas. I had to complete several post holiday transactions including returning several items as well as a confusing exchange. I was fortunate to get Marris! She was extremely patient and helpful. Marris took the time to check prices I paid to ensure I was refunded the higher paying item and was able to keep my Kohl's cash earned. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and pleasant!Kohl's in Waterbury will be my new go to location!Thank you Marris and Happy New Year!”

“I was surprised with the assortment of clothes from which to choose from and i liked the quality.The store clerks were very helpful and friendly.I managed to buy an 80 dollar item for 15 dollars and i had 10 in rewards!I was shocked frankly i only paid 5 dollars!They always have deals of some kind in the store and online.My biggest issue was the mall itself. There were just men who were meandering around the mall and it made me feel a bit uneasy.At the Waterbury Mall, the Torrid store is downstairs and to the right as you go through the Main entrance.Like most malls, Waterbury has lost 2 anchor stores, Sears and Macy's and it is a shame! We frequented both.I avoid the malls now, but i did enjoy my trip to Torrid.”

“Usually I love this store, but I go to the one in the Waterbury Mall. This time I wasn't overly impressed because most pieces of clothing were all very similar in cut, style, etc. I also wasn't sure if size 11-13 jeans are considered "plus size" but there was only one pair, in one style, in the section I was shopping in. I bought my mom and I both tiered necklaces and when the salesperson put them in the bag they completey twisted around each other and it looks like I'm going to have to sacrifice my necklace so I can still give my mom hers.”

The girls that work there are always super friendly, helpful, personable & engaging in conversation with me. I shop in all 3 of the Waterbury locations, the customer service is always Awesome. “I've always loved Bob's stores since I found them in Danbury. Haven't been in a Bob's since Danbury closed a few years ago. Now that I'm working in the Waterbury area they are all over the place. Went in just to browse for a few minutes, didn't buy anything today. Lots of great deals going on between clearance and other promotions. They also have their loyalty program which earns your money back. The store itself is a little dated, but still a pleasant experience.”

“Based on the recent news I was expecting JCP to look like an Out of Business sale with yellow signs everywhere. Apparently not. The store was business as usual. I went on a day where they were offering a discount on kids clothing (unmarked). I ended picking up (3) JoJo Siwa bows for less than the price of (2). The mall was dead compared to pre-covid so that helped with shorter checkout lines at JCP. I was able to find everything I was looking for and the cashiers were very helpful. I only wish that they better displayed the sale they were having on JoJo Bows. If I didnt happen to price check them I would of never known that they were on sale.”
