Fairly priced inventory with some items found to be aggressively discounted priced from time to time. You can find some nice clothes sometimes too and spend much less. Great place to browse and I usually end up picking up something without breaking the bank”
“I visited the Kohl's in Waterbury 4 days after Christmas. I had to complete several post holiday transactions including returning several items as well as a confusing exchange. I was fortunate to get Marris! She was extremely patient and helpful. Marris took the time to check prices I paid to ensure I was refunded the higher paying item and was able to keep my Kohl's cash earned. “Based on the recent news I was expecting JCP to look like an Out of Business sale with yellow signs everywhere. Apparently not. The store was business as usual. I went on a day where they were offering a discount on kids clothing (unmarked). I ended picking up (3) JoJo Siwa bows for less than the price of (2). The mall was dead compared to pre-covid so that helped with shorter checkout lines at JCP. I was able to find everything I was looking for and the cashiers were very helpful. I only wish that they better displayed the sale they were having on JoJo Bows. If I didnt happen to price check them I would of never known that they were on sale.”

“It's Burlington a hit or miss place. If you see something you like buy it because it will be gone when you come back. Mostly it's organized racks but there are a lot of clothing mixed with other racks around the store.”
