“This is the first review I have done about a blood draw center.Just wanted to give 3 thumbs up for the person that made me feel so great because she is a pro at her job. I usually am a hard stick but I was amazed how she made me feel so much at ease. I recommend very much this place.”
“A few days ago I had a wonderful experience with Angela, I told Angela how people tend to not find my veins and poke me 6-8x. However Angela was super understanding, gentle, and she was able to find my veins with no problems! Would definitely recommend getting your blood drawn by her to everyone! :)”
“The experience at the Center itself, was unbelievably efficient. I loved the online check-in upon arrival (no waiting at a service desk) and how quick and efficient the whole process was. I was in and out in 5 min, and the Center itself was only a 2-min drive from my house. The web site experience was not great. The initial booking of the appointment, and then wanting to check in to verify the appointment was made, proved to be very cumbersome. The web site did not send an email or text confirmation and was very difficult to navigate to find my appointment (and yes, I was logged in). I eventually got there, but very round about.”
“I had a very positive experience with Quest Diagnostics. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient from check-in to completion. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the wait time was minimal.
The phlebotomist was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process, which made the visit much more comfortable. Test results were delivered promptly and were easy to access online.
Overall, Quest Diagnostics provides reliable service with excellent customer care. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing lab work done.”
